Nick Cannon's attorney issued a statement today about a lawsuit he filed on behalf of his client.
In the lawsuit, Nick Cannon claims that the video was obtained illegally and allowing it's release to the public would violate his constitutional protection to privacy.
The video reportedly shows Nick Cannon in AGT contender Lys Agnes' Las Vegas hotel room. The video has not been seen by any media sources yet.
A judge is scheduled to hear arguments in this case on Friday morning.
