Justin Bieber Accepts Plea Deal To Avoid Jail Time For Assaulting Photographer

Justin Bieber, the teen idol who can't seem to stay out of the headlines has apparently agreed to a plea deal with the Los Angeles District Attorney's office that would spare the young star a possible 1 year sentence behind bars.
Bieber who recently attacked and supposedly injured a photographer during a day of shopping with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, has accepted a deal from the DA that would keep him from spending any time behind bars.
In exchange for pleading guilty to the attack, Bieber must serve 60 hours of community service and attend an anger management class to control his short temper.
The photographer who did not wish to be named has said that he is "very happy with the arrangement". He also mentioned that he will now be suing Bieber for an unspecified ammount to cover the cost of medical bills and punitive damages.
Personally I would have rather seen Bieber in an Orange jump suit, but it will be almost as much fun to watch him sweep the streets clean.
